Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi announced this here on Friday after a meeting with the Bhupen Hazarika Memorial Scheme Implementation Advisory Committee. “The award will be known as Bhupen Hazarika International Award for Brotherhood through Music,” the Chief Minister said.
